Absolutely not. inviteHub is currently and will always be free.
- I did not receive the registration E-mail. What do I do?
First, verify the registration E-mail is not in the Junk or Spam folder. Second, send a test message to yourself from another account. Third, try registering again from our homepage.
If none of the above suggestions work please contact our support department by going to the Contact Us page.
- Why do I need to provide my E-mail to register?
To protect the integrity of inviteHub we must verify that all users have an active E-mail account.
- Will my E-mail be sold or shared?
inviteHub respects your privacy and will never sell or knowingly share your E-mail address.
- Will my profile information be sold or shared?
inviteHub respects your privacy and will never sell or knowingly share your personal information.
- I have a few suggestions. How can I send them to you?
We value your input and welcome all suggestions. You can send them from the

- Can I change a guest's response?
Yes. Click on your guest's response then modify it.
- Can I change my registered E-mail address?
Yes. You can change your registered E-mail address from the My Hub page.
- Can I respond on behalf of my guests?
Yes. Click on the "Hasn't Responded" link for your guests then select the appropriate response.
- Do guests have to register to respond to my invitation?
No. By following the web link found within the event invitation, your guests are able to respond regardless of whether or not they have an inviteHub account. Guests must login with a registered account to post chat messages and upload images to the gallery.
- I deleted an event I organized, can I get it back?
No. Unfortunately, once you’ve deleted the event it is completely removed from our database.
- I forgot to send the invitation to a few friends. Can I send an invitation to only those friends?
Yes. You can do it from the Invite Guests page, which could be accessed using the Organizer’s Menu.
- inviteHub is slow. What can I do to help performance?
Try accessing other websites to verify your connection speed. If your connection proves to be working properly please contact inviteHub support from the
Contact Us page or E-mail us directly at support@invitehub.com.
- Some guests haven't responded. Can I resend the invitation to those who haven't responded?
Yes, you can. To do so, visit the Invite Guests page via the Organizer's Menu.
- When are the event reminder notifications sent?
Event reminders are automatically sent out to all event participants two days prior to the start of an event.
- When will my guests receive their invitations?
As soon as you click “Send Out Invitations” an E-mail will be sent to your guests.
- Why is inviteHub better than other online event organizing sites?
We created inviteHub because we weren’t able to find any website to organize parties with gift options such as registry for birthdays and food options such as potluck. We also added chat and image gallery that we didn’t see on other event organizing websites.
